Start with 2.5 ml a day (half of one of our droppers) and build up to 5 ml (one full dropper) if you wish — the top of the range used in human studies. Our oil is more concentrated than most, so many people find a smaller amount enough. You can take it directly or mixed with honey, or apply it to skin or hair.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason, wherever you are, as long as the bottles are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. EU and UK customers also keep the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except in those cases or where required by law.
