Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Sidr & Stone. This policy applies to all orders, in every country we ship to.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason.

  • To start a return, email info@sidrstone.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  • After approval, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method used at checkout.

Condition of Returned Items

For health and hygiene reasons, returned items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of bottles that have been opened after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@sidrstone.com with your order number and photos. Approved cases will be replaced or fully refunded at our cost.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. Contact info@sidrstone.com to arrange.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or where required by law (e.g. the EU/UK statutory 14-day cancellation right, under which standard delivery is refundable).

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. EU and UK customers retain the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day policy above is offered in addition to, and does not replace, these rights.
