These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sidr & Stone (sidrstone.com) and any purchases you make through our website. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Orders & Preorders

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • Preorders: By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that shipping will occur at a later date. Estimated timelines are provided but may change due to production or supply delays. We will update you by email. Our Preorder Terms set out the details.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in euro or, where available, in your local currency, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order or preorder.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
  • 30-day returns on every order, in every country we ship to: you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. Bottles must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund them at our cost.
  • EU and UK customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.

7. Product Disclaimer

  • Our products are foods and food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Information provided on this site is for educational purposes only and should not replace medical advice.
