Preorder Terms

By placing a preorder with Sidr & Stone you agree to the following conditions:

1. Nature of Preorders

• A preorder reserves stock from our upcoming batch of Black Seed Oil.
• Your payment is taken immediately to secure your order.

2. Estimated Shipping

• Preorder items will be dispatched once production and packaging are complete.
• Estimated timelines are provided for guidance but may change due to supply chain or logistics delays.
• We will update you by email at key milestones (production, bottling, dispatch).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• EU/UK customers: you retain your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for sealed, unopened goods.
• Before dispatch: you may request cancellation by emailing info@sidrstone.com.
• Once dispatched: our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

4. Combined Orders

• If you order a preorder item together with in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the preorder is ready to ship.

5. Liability

• Sidr & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or customs clearance.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
