Preorder Terms

By placing a preorder with Sidr & Stone you agree to the following conditions:

1. Nature of Preorders

  • A preorder reserves a bottle from the current single-harvest batch of our Cold-Pressed Single-Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil — Marrakech (500ml).
  • Your payment is taken immediately to secure your order.
  • Preorder items are clearly marked as such on the product page. All other Sidr & Stone products are held in stock and ship straight away.

2. Estimated Shipping

  • The current batch of our Marrakech olive oil ships by November 2026.
  • Preorder items are dispatched once production and packaging are complete.
  • Estimated timelines are provided for guidance but may change due to harvest, supply chain or logistics factors.
  • We will update you by email at key milestones (production, bottling, dispatch).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: you may cancel a preorder at any time for a full refund by emailing info@sidrstone.com.
  • After delivery — 30-day returns: you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason, wherever you are. Bottles must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Email info@sidrstone.com with your order number; once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send it back, and we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will replace or fully refund the item at our cost.
  • Your legal rights: EU and UK customers also keep the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right, not instead of it.

4. Combined Orders

  • If you order a preorder item together with in-stock items, we ship the in-stock items straight away — you do not wait for the preorder.
  • The preorder item is then sent as a separate shipment once it is ready.
  • You will receive tracking by email for each shipment, and you are only charged shipping once, at checkout.

5. Liability

  • Sidr & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or customs clearance.
  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
